At the heart of Building Blocks Academy is leadership that cares deeply about children, families, and education. We are proud to introduce Ms. Yolanda Staley, our new Director, who brings over 32 years of experience in the educational and childcare field.
Ms. Yolanda is a lifelong resident of Spartanburg has dedicated her career to nurturing young minds and building strong relationships with families in the community.
She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development, an ECD 101 Certificate, and numerous additional certifications that reflect her dedication to ongoing professional development.
For the past 18 years, she has served in leadership roles as a Childcare Director, where she’s known for her professionalism, strong communication, and unwavering passion for early education.
Ms. Yolanda believes that children are the future leaders of today, and their journey of learning starts with us. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
